Leaving Scotiabank after much heralded career driving transformation

Chadwick Westlake will join RSA Canada Sept. 12 as the new senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer, the organization announced Tuesday.
Westlake will be leaving his position at Scotiabank where has worked since 2002, most recently as the senior vice president and chief financial officer of Canadian Banking with approximately $12B in annual revenue and over $300B in earning assets.
During his career at Scotiabank spanning Canadian Banking, International Banking, Wealth Management and Capital Markets, Westlake built a reputation for driving transformational change across a diverse range of priorities including customer strategy, data analytics and mergers & acquisitions.
