Liability and property policies underwritten by Frank Cowan can now be enhanced with endorsements to cover drones.

The insurer decided to offer drone coverage in response to the rise of organizational use of drones in public safety, emergency services, video and aerial photography, surveying and architecture/construction.
Insurance policies have mostly excluded drones from liability coverages, since they are considered to be aircraft, says Frank Cowan.
In January, Intact launched commercial drone insurance.
