ClientDesk has appointed Randy Carroll as Chief Business Officer as it prepares to expand its operations across Canada and broaden its reach into the U.S. market.

“As a company, it’s time to shift our focus to expansion and growth” said Newton Asare, ClientDesk CEO. “A lot has been accomplished over the last year and our product has evolved significantly. We are now in market and having Randy officially join the team will provide us with a major boost.” His experience, expertise and networking abilities are exactly what we need as we move from an early stage company to an industry leader – I am confident in Randy’s ability to help take the company to new heights as our Chief Business Officer.”


Carroll will use his industry expertise to lead customer and investor acquisitions, as well as build relationships and ensure the delivered product meets the needs of the distribution and consumer channels it serves.

ClientDesk is a software platform built for insurance carriers, brokerages, and agencies which powers core functions of the digital insurance experience such as: Engagement, Self Service and Claims Management. ClientDesk provides custom branded policyholder web portals, mobile apps as well as the management dashboards used internally by brokers or agents.
