Pembridge, Pafco obtain CSIO certification for personal lines eDocs
Brokers now able to access declarations electronically.

The Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO) has announced that Pembridge Insurance Company and Pafco Insurance Company have both obtained CSIO Certification for Personal Lines eDocs.
“We are pleased to now offer our brokers access to their Pembridge/Pafco broker declarations electronically through eDocs, after achieving CSIO Certification for this initiative,” says Bob Tisdale, president and COO of Pembridge Insurance Company. “We wanted to take the time and ensure our solution was most optimal and offered the highest level of efficiency for brokers. I am pleased with the result of our diligence being that our eDocs are automatically stored on the customer’s file in the Broker Management System, eliminating the need for the broker to manually save each document.”
When eDocs are used to their full potential, sending, receiving, sorting, scanning and destroying paper is no longer necessary, saving the industry significant amounts of time and money.
CSIO Certification is available to member insurance companies and vendors.
