Meeting the Challenge
In giving out items, it is important that it is high quality, useful and relevant.
Thinking of relevant, I can’t help but think of lip balm as we enter the winter months in Minnesota. We have placed our brand on a high-quality, silky smooth, vanilla lip balm. They are in a candy dish in our office at the front desk.
We also give to local teams we sponsor and golfers in golf events. Once people use them, they get “hooked.” Not uncommon to see them in use in the community, on the bleachers and around the neighborhood!

Sarah is the president of Business & Estate Advisers Inc. She is in her 20th year in the industry. Sarah has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Economics and an MBA with an Organizational Development and Design emphasis. Her entry in the financial services industry was by way of an independent consulting project to streamline the operations of Business & Estate Advisers. For the first five years she ran the operations of the company before breaking into sales.
She has qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table in each of her 16 years in production, and, in the last 12, has qualified for Top of the Table. She has spoken on the 2015 MDRT Main Platform, the 2014 MDRT Experience Meeting in Kuala Lumpur, the 2014 Australian Road Show as well as participated in a Business Succession Panel on the TOT Main Platform in 2010. She has delivered presentations throughout the US and abroad on a variety of financial services, sales and work/life balance topics. She has conducted numerous focus sessions at MDRT and continuing education sessions throughout the U.S. Sarah was honored to be named one of Minneapolis’ 2013 Top Women In Finance. She has authored numerous articles in Round the Table, Advisor Today, National Underwriter, Life Insurance Selling, Senior Advisor and Minnesota Law and Politics.
