Symcor Inc., is partnering with Majesco , a global core insurance software provider, to expand its solution and service offerings to the Canadian P&C, L&A and group insurance markets.
It wants to expand its business process services, including First Notice of Loss and Billing as a Service, augmenting its customer communication, document management, mailroom and lockbox services.
Symcor’s cloud-based insurance platform aims to improve efficiency, distribution channel flexibility and business operations.
Majesco’s P&C and L&A software portfolio includes Majesco Policy for P&C, Majesco Billing, Majesco Claims, Majesco Distribution Management, Majesco Policy for L&A and Group, Majesco New Business & Underwriting, Majesco DigitalConnect, and Majesco Business Analytics.
