The Centre for Study of Insurance Operations (CSIO) has redesigned its site, CSIO.com.
The new website features significant enhancements, all made based on member feedback from the CSIO Membership Survey conducted in 2015.
These enhancements include:
- Fast loading times
- Intuitive navigation
- Enhanced site search
- Responsive design.
The site was revamped following extensive member feedback on areas including menu structure and labeling, content management and design aesthetic.
This input resulted in a number of important changes, including the new Resources & Tools section and the CSIO Blog, where members can find educational resources on topics related to technology and the customer experience.
“We’ve built an entirely new platform around the needs and expectations of our members, who rely on CSIO to serve insurance customers quickly and efficiently every day,” said Catherine Smola, president & CEO of CSIO, in a release. “With faster, easier access to CSIO resources, our members can now more easily improve consumers’ ease of doing business within the broker channel.”
