FHA MIP is going up soon. You can expect an increase on FHA mortgage insurance or your FHA MIP for all California FHA loans. MIP is similar to pmi mortgage insurance, but mip mortgage insurance for FHA comes two ways, and upfront MIP, and your monthly mortgage insurance. Be aware of the changes by watching this video.
